The app is large to download — why?
The entire study library (every translation, lexicon, and cross-reference) is bundled so the app works fully offline. There are no extra downloads after install.
Do I need an account?
No. Scribe has no account and no login. Your highlights, bookmarks, and reading position stay on your device.
How do I set up AI research?
Unlock Scholar, then add your OpenRouter API key in Settings. The AI Research page walks through getting a key.
